Hi I have had these machines for many years in my loft 1x70 2x80, when powers on they give error 165 , I have other add ons like tape drives scsi cards memory cards etc, but I don't have the time to get them working again

Although I understand the various British/American usages of English, I doubt that I'd identify a person's native country from them automatically. :D

I do, even if Ian doesn't, but my 'stock' is limited.

I've heard people here in the US refer to it as a loft. I guess that narrows it down to 3 continents.

It all depends upon what features you absolutely require. Would an IBM Mwave Windsurfer suit your needs? I'm currently testing one out in a 9557 SLC2/50 system.
