IBM EGA Card RED/BROWN PC vs. GREEN PCB, is there any difference?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any difference between the two PCBs (or for that matter model numbers?)? Are they the same in terms of memory and BIOS versions just different PCB colors or is there something more substantial? Thanks.
