I have this video board in my XT:
I know the DIP block on the end is set properly for VGA according to another post on here. But there are various jumpers on the board that I think may need tweaking because of another strange issue I have with my XT.
Equally helpful would be a high-res shot of your identical board so I can compare the jumper positions with mine :-D
