Laser Turbo XT Memory Upgrade

I have a Laser Turbo XT that has 512kb of 120ns memory I wanted to upgrade to 640kb+1mb EMS but i haven't been able to find all of the chips in the same 120ns speed i found most of them in 100ns.

Can install both 120ns and 100ns speeds?

does any one know if this computer supports 150ns memory?

You should be fine with mixing in the 100ns chips with your 120ns chips. The 150ns won't work if you're proccessor is running faster than 8mhz, if I recall correctly.
