installing Archive 5945C with QIC-36 on PC

I Have Archive 5945C with QIC-36 adapter (it was installed on NCR Tower 200) and want to install on pc but I don't know which SCSI adapter should I use.

Can anybody help me?

By my reading of that, the interface between the 5945C and computer is QIC-02, not SCSI.

Indeed. QIC-36 is the "really stupid" interface; QIC-02 is "less stupid, but not SCSI". The -36 to -02 controller card has smarts on it as well as data separator circuitry. You need a QIC-02 card to talk to the controller. They're pretty simple and sometimes mistaken for 8-bit SCSI controllers. Alliance Technology made quite a few of them, as well as Wangtek. You can sometimes find QIC-02 to SCSI adapters and full length ISA QIC-36 controllers.
