BIOS upgrade for AT&T PC-6300

Hi all,

I am trying to get my AT&T PC-6300 up and running, the original DTC HDD card is bad so i am trying to use a Seagate card and ST-225. I currently have ROM 1.21 in the box and would like to upgrade it to 1.43 so i can rum everything the box can.

I do not have an EPROM programmer but do have a set of chips that could be used, at least i think they can they where another set with 1.21 on them.

I would also like to see about getting a working copy of the DOS boot discs preferably 3.3 , I have plenty of floppies but no dos/win box to put a drive into.

Can someone help mer out here.

You must need BIOS chip just like this.
