This is mainly for the PS/2 experts out there. I currently have a PS/2 Model 50z and it has 1 8 Meg memory card in it to bring system RAM to 10 MB.
Is it possible to install another such card to bring RAM up to 16 MB limit? Just wondering.

From the Model 50 section of Mueller's 'Upgrading and Repairing PCs' book, "You can add up to 16M additional memory with memory adapter cards."
The 50Z will no doubt be similar.

Page 405 of the PS2 HMM - This is generic info that applies to all PS/2 that accept memory expansion cards.

"The system board does not have to be fully populated
before you add expansion memory, and each
memory-expansion adapter does not have to be filled to
capacity before you add another memory-expansion
adapter."
