1 & 2 EGA cards, for #1 just google for STB EGA Ultra, this seems not to be totally unknown.

Why are all your photos upside down? This makes identification much more difficult.
Ehm, sorry for upside down pictures...I found something. First EGA have only first 4 switches to change videomode and they are same to IBM EGA schwitching.

For example i can choose normal 15 pin VGA monitor output, but as graphics i choose MDA or CGA. No problem.
