APSTEK SIC-1 Serial/Clock card apps?

Recently scored a new Compaq Portable from craigslist. It came with an APSTEK SIC-1 clock/serial port card. See attached image.

This card originally came with a clock utility (and perhaps other software), but I don't have them. Found some PC Mag ads circa 1983 about this and other APSTEK products, but nothing else found on the usual websites.

Does anyone have a copy of software utilities or any additional info on this card?

For the serial port, no software utility is necessary.

Looks like it uses the Epson 58321 clock chip.

Thanks, guys! Currently resurrecting the keyboard, then I'll give these a try.

Along these lines, this system has a Titan LT300 RLL hard drive installed with a WD controller card. It seems to spin up normally, but throws a 1701 error. I'm guessing the clock utility would be loaded on there already (maybe along with some other useful stuff!), but I don't know how to resolve that type of error without formatting the hard drive. Any ideas about how to salvage the HD contents short of formatting?
