PEGA1 composite out?

Some time ago I bought this interesting specimen cheaply...
I don't have TTL monitor, but I can use composite... unfortunately I don't have (and I didn't found) dip switch settings for this particular card (most EGA cards have less dip switches and for those I found manuals on TH'99 and so on).

I didn't managed to get any output on the composite out (or maybe my hp2035 monitor doesn't support it?). I also wonder why does it have two RCA connector? One for light pen maybe? Or both for video out?

On the IBM EGA board, neither RCA connector provides a television-style composite output. The PEGA could do something different, but odds are... it doesn't.
