Replacing RAM chips on a 5150

So I have a 5150 I'm slowly resurrecting. It's suffered a good deal of water damage, to the end that many of the socketed RAM chips have badly corroded leads.

I can find 64K MT ram chips on ebay, which I think will work as replacements, but I was wondering if that's a good idea. From what I read, MT's were known for failing... Is there a reliable source or specific chip that I should look for instead?

I bought set of 50 units from this provider.
These chips worked on my ibm 5160.

I did notice at least one failed chip on the set of 50 - but still great price for the set.
