Hello everybody
I am working on restoring a Felix Student PC/XT to original condition. I managed to get everything working except the hard disk. Both hard disk and controller WDXT - 150 are faulty. I have an identical hard disk IDE XT - 8 bit ide interface but unfortunately the EPROM on the WDXT-150 hard disk controller died. C800 rom error -> the superbios can't be accessed by the debug program so i removed the EPROM from the board and read it, i get identical data in a cyclic basis, this means one of the address lines failed. I tried to locate an identical board but with no luck, does anyone have one of this controllers and could read out the Eprom or would you be willing to sell or trade the card?
The Eprom is marked WDC '90 62-000352-031
