How close does sync have to be on a 5151 monitor to avoid damage?

I have a project, a convergent ngen computer, that I have modified to get a signal that's compatible with an IBM monochrome display. almost...

My vertical sync is 48.87 Hz and my horizontal sync is 18.060 Khz. These are about 2.5% off of the expected sync for a 5151 display (50Hz / 18.432 Khz). I know that being off frequency is supposed to be dangerous on a 5151, that you can damage the flyback and/or the drive transistors. So my question is, is 2.5% out of spec close enough?

Thanks,
Scott

I'd be shocked if it was harmful to the monitor, especially since it's a bit slower. Might exceed the adjustment range of the centering/size controls though
