According to the IBM 5155/5160 tech ref, 130W power supply, for 110V you'll need a 5A fuse (maximum draw 4.1 amps at 90 volt undervoltage). For 240V it's a 3.5A fuse.

Thanks for that. I have a stepdown 220 V AC to 110 V AC transformer. I might modify the PSU to work on our 220 mains.

I got a fuse from the dead PSU. Other one works now.
