Tadiran 7.2 v battery replacement?

Trying to find a Tadiran 7.2 v battery replacement for my Compaq Deskpro 386.
Any ideas?

Any exact replacement is going to cost an am and a leg. Were this my system, I'd just get a AA battery holder and stick two 3.6V cells in it like this:

Those should be in plentiful supply--Macs used it as a PRAM battery.

I guess I forgot I could just use two batteries together to get the same voltage.

Useful info. I have a Deskpro 286 that needs the same battery. Those fit in a AA holder?

A full AA is 14.5 × 50.5 mm; the half AA is 14.5 × 25.0 mm per Wikipedia

So yes, two in an AA holder should work fine. Double half-AA battery holders are also available.
