AT&T PC 6300 BIOS 1.1 ROM dump

I was recently given an AT&T PC 6300 and in my research on it I saw an unfulfilled request for a dump of ROM 1.1 from a couple years back. They're attached here if anyone is still looking for them. They should be identical to the ones in the Olivetti M24.

Be carefull when you have a M24 with BIOS 1.1. You can not update it to newer ones, it would not work. To opdate such a M24 it is necessary to change some PAL / GAL chips.

That's interesting, do you have more information? I already put in 1.43 ROMs and it seems to boot fine. I don't have a keyboard at the moment so if there are problems I might not be finding them yet.

This is also true if you have ROM BIOS 1.21; I had to change two PAL chips when I upgraded to 1.43.

Alright, it looks like I have the original versions of all of those chips, except for the wait logic (6J) where the chip I have says PBFP which doesn't show up anywhere on the list. I've done some googling and can't figure out how to translate the codes into anything meaningful. Is there somewhere I can get the newer versions?

Now all AT&T BIOS (1.1 / 1.21 / 1.43) were dumped except BIOS 1.0 (original) and 1.36.
