Leading Edge Model D video output ?

Does anybody own a "Leading Edge Model D"?

I am looking for documentation on what the mainboard video outputs are, I know one is monochrome and the other colour and capable of being selected with a switch.
Both outputs are 9 pins. is that CGA? EGA? something else?
I could barely find any documents are to be read online.
any help would be appreciated (yes I know my VGA card does work with my lcd but I am looking for more "period" crt)
