Need switch information for Genoa Specra 4800 EGA

I bought an IBM PC XT 5160. It came with this full size early EGA clone board.

I don't have a proper EGA monitor, only a CGA, so I need to set it to 200 lines. I looked for switch settings online to no avail.

Please help!
