Using a Qume 242 Floppy Drive with a ZFDC Board

Hi All;
When I try to boot CPM3 from my ZFDC Board, it states that the Drive is not Ready..
Yet, in Diagnostic mode after downloading ZfdcDiag, it works fine and I could copy and format to it..
So, I am thinking I might not have the In Use Jumpers on my Qume 242 Drive set up correctly..
Here is the options from the Manual for it:

CUSTOMER STRAPPABLE OPTIONS
IN USE OPTIONS
Normally, the In Use LED indicator will be energized when DRIVE SELECT is
active. The door solenoid will be activated when DRIVE SELECT and READY are
active. The three options listed below will energize the In Use LED when
activated to a low level.
Option 1
The option will energize the In Use LED when the DRIVE SELECT or IN USE line
is active.
Installation (refer to the PCB Option Features illustration):
Plug pins D on the optional I/O pins.
Option 2
This option will energize the In Use LED when the HEAD LOAD or IN USE line is
active.
Installation (refer to the PCB Option Features illustration):
1. Open trace Z on the programmable shunt with a small screwdriver.
2. Plug pins D on the optional I/O pins.
3. Plug pins Y on the optional I/O pins.
Option 3
This option will energize the In Use LED only when the IN USE line is active.
Installation (refer to the PCB Option Features Illustration):
1. Open trace Z on the programmable shunt with a small screwdriver.
2. Plug pins D on the optional I/O pins.

So, which one is correct for use with the ZFDC Board, or Could it be something else ??

The typical Floppy Interface for Shugart, and the typical interface are documented at:

With Pin 34 being /DSKCHG 1=DSKCHG 0=READY

If you have a Floppy Drive that works with your system, use it to check the Signals that are sent back to the Computer from the Floppy.

I found this URL about the QUme 242 Drives. It appears yours is an 8" drive, so the above doesn't really apply.
