This computer seems like a mixed up from different version together
- The silk screened front panel is an Altair 8800 rev 1 (not 8800a panel, the silver strip sticker indicate that)
- The toggle switch is Altair 8800a for sure
- The S100 plate inside the case is Altair 8800a for sure, or may from a 8800b
- The silver stripe stick is belong to Altair 8800 rev 1 (since the silk screened front panel sytle is a rev 1 version)
- The Power supply unit seems belong to early Altair 8800 rev 0 unit (or original owner replaced to black capacitor by self), but the skeleton cage is not a very early rev 0 one (there has drilled holes on metal plate left side of power supply unit)
- The 8080A cpu board is REV 0.
- no serial sticker found on backside, may be a kit
All in all, this computer is interesting.
