Does anyone recognize this drive? Unable to find any references to it online, beyond the claim that it's DSDD -- which is generally consistent with the results of visual inspection. It's direct-drive with a metal-band head positioner.
The metal label indicates OPTION "CDEFH" with:
SPINDLE MTR VOLTAGE "2DC" HZ "50" which doesn't do me much joy in 60 HZ land. And how might at happen ...
Well, it's manufactured in LIVINGSTON, SCOTLAND.
Examination of the PCB labeling is unhelpful :-<.
