Where those white "Altair documentation" binders came from?. Did every documentation package come on those binders ?
What documentation came along the kit ?.
I usually see the white thick binder with the legend "MITS Altair Documentation". Was there any other format or legend for these binders ?.
Also, which was the quality of the original documents published by MITS ? All documents I see are washed out, like being old offset copies. I wonder whether these are originals or perhaps copies of the original?.
