Hi,

I have an Alloy Engineering DS-100 Tape Interface card that is missing a few socketed chips.

Does anyone have one and can supply the chip specs for position 14, 20 and 21.

If this is your card

then chip 14 is a 7406N and chip 20,21 are Zilog Z6132-6PS (4Kx8 QSRAM).
