A number or people have asked me about using and soldering our static RAM mezzanine boards. These boards have turned out to be very reliable and useful. I have written up a detailed account of how the SMD chips can be soldered to these boards.
I have also designed and use a newer version of the mini-boards that have larger RAM pin pads that make it much easier to solder the chips to the board.
