Interesting - I have no idea who is working on this.
The keyboard is definitely a French one.
I've just feeding my favorite internet search engine with various terms and photos but can't find anything.

A drawback of this HxC harddisk solution is the relative slow floppy bus data rate (compared to the expansion bus).
But nevertheless a very interexting approach!
