Pickles & Trout clock/calendar board for the Model II/12/16/6000

Does anyone have a P&T CCB for the II/12/16/6000? I found references to it in P&T CP/M which lead to searching the Internet and not finding much beyond a scanned ad.

Did anyone else make a clock/calendar board the the business systems?
