Help with Tandy Portable Disk Drive - 26-3808

So, I got this very nice drive from eBay. I already swapped the belt. It was an oily mass... I only wish the owner hadn't declared it as "fully functional"... and of course, cables, power adapter, manual and utility disk are missing.

Could you guys help me out? I am looking for:
1. the utility disk
2. the RS-232 -> Model 100 cable pinout. I will have to make my own cable it seems.
3. some advice - when I turn it on, I can see the head seeks for Track 0, but nothing else happens. I.e., the disk is not spinning. Is that normal?
4. the Low Battery LED flashes once, but nothing else. Also the drive LED is not lighting up.

Indeed, everything worked out fine.
After reaching out to Steve for the REX CP/M, he pointed me to Greg (Arcadeshopper), who managed to find a cable and utility disks for me.
I was thrilled to find that the drive was working perfectly fine (well, I had replaced the belt after I got it, but was concerned that I didn't get any real sign of "life" from it).
Now everything works great, thanks!
