My Sun Ultra 2 Enterprise was not booting, and after some troubleshooting, I measured that the 3V3 line is only 500mV. After taking the PSU apart, I noticed that a ~2W resistor, R46, is burnt on one side and the part of the PCB on which it is on is all brown. The resistor measures 45k, but I have no idea if it is correct because the color coding stripes have gone all white from the heat. Is this a common fault? And does anyone know the correct value of R46?
