Intecolor 8300.... ?????

You may have more luck looking for the related terminals under the name ISC (Intelligent Systems Corporation). The very similar computer design was marketed as Compucolor.

http://pc8800.com/pc8800.html is for an emulator of the Intecolor terminal and might help with some ideas on what it can do.
