I have the following used LCD panels that have been in storage for well over a decade. I am not able to test them, but they were stored as working panels. If they test as bad I will refund full purchase price, but not return shipping (must be returned) since they are being discounted below auction site prices. If you can not agree to this condition then do not purchase. Shipping to USA addresses only from NY state. Paypal only at this time.
