I'm on another forum where a Hazeltine 1421 terminal - see this March 1981 ad from Byte -

...with a cracked screen is being offered Free Of Charge for local collection in Portsmouth, England. It's not known if it is the tube which is cracked or just a perspex screen protector in front of the screen but from the one image I have seen it does not look as though the tube vaccum has been compromised.

It obviously poses a potential risk if sent by post or courier so it's collect only. Even if the tube has had it and a replacement can't be found, it could still be full of useful microprocessor system ICs from the period, probably all still working.
I am too far away in the UK to rescue it - my worry is that it may end up going for recycling.
