Unisys OEM MS-DOS 6.22 3.5" disks

I'll pay for the shipping. I am curious about what is on the 4th disk, MS-DOS 6.22 comes on 3 1.44mb disks.
 
Gosh, I'm sorry I never replied. I made my first post here and promptly forgot. :)
The fourth disk is labeled "Supplemental Diskette". Mysterious...
