16-bit card, full compliment of RAM and daughterboard filled with RAM - I believe this puts it at 8MB. I have a copy of the drivers in a file that I will send to you if you buy it.
This card is untested, as I do not own a functional 286 to test it in - anything newer already has RAM slots, and anything older only has 8-bit ISA. It's in good condition physically and I have no reason to believe it is bad. I've put it physically into a machine in the past and it didn't fry or anything, but am unable to verify it's function due to the lack of a 286.
$30 inc. shipping OBO. - the lesser 4MB model goes for $25-52 on eBay at the moment, and this is an 8MB unless I am mistaken.
