I have 6 of the M-Systems 8Mb DiskOnChip chips here on some anti-static foam.
Part # MD-2800-D08 - they are 32 pin chips that fit in ROM sockets. You access them through some addressing interface. They have a version of Windows CE on them already as they came from some old Windows terminal PC systems I scrapped out years ago.
A couple bucks should cover tossing them in some chip tubes in a padded envelope for the USA.
Anyone want to give them a new home and keep 'em out of the landfill?
