I've got a load of 4116 DRAMs here that I bought accidentally (basically, to upgrade my PET, but I had to buy 200 of them!) - they are MOSTEK MK4116N3-GP, new old stock and still in their original MOSTEK antistatic tubes.

So if anyone needs any, please PM me. I have them listed on eBay for £7.95 plus PnP per lot of 8 but you can have them for £6.50 for 8 (plus PnP).

I can see where some applications of this chip would require sets of nine for parity purposes.
