Just a little update, after running this for a while the CMOS Battery does not seem to need replacing at this time.

The CPU is identified as an Intel 486DX2 40Mhz as seen in this picture.

I just powered it on again after it sitting since I made the Original Post back in July 2018 with No CMOS Battery warning coming up on the screen.

Just to make sure this was working OK, I replaced the CMOS Battery.
