Hi,

I have two CF PowerMonster II 50-pin 2.5-inch SCSI to Compact Flash adapters for sale. This card emulates a 2.5-inch 50-pin SCSI hard disk drive using a Compact Flash card. Suitable for use in vintage 68k Powerbook such as Powerbook 140, 160 or 165. It was purchased new from Artmix (http://www.artmix.com/CF_powermon_II.html) in 2016 and still work well.

Actually, they're a fair bargain, depending on capabilities, when you consider that there's an eBay seller who's asking $3000 for an Acard or Addonics (I don't recall which) SATA-to-SCSI bridge. I predict that he's not going to get it. :)
 
On my Powerbook the CF PowerMonster II by Artmix works just fine. The SCSI2SD Powerbook Edition is a bit hard to get at times - it is usually out of stock. Currently it is available from Inertial Computing though.
