I have the following ISA Ethernet cards with RJ45 ports for sale. Each card has been individually tested and can work in MS-DOS 6.22 with available packet driver.

3COM EtherLink II / 16TP (3C503-16-TP) with AUI/RJ45 ports @ 35 USD
HP 27247-80003 with AUI/RJ45 ports @ 30 USD
Generic card with RTL8019AS chipset and RJ45 ports, 3 units available @ 25 USD / each
