Visionetics International VIGA WINDOW Card

Looks like something similar to a Creative Video Blaster CT6000, with the Chips and Technologies F82C9001.

So a board which needs to attach to a separate VGA board, and through which the output of the VGA board is routed. Then an additional video input can be overlayed in a window on top of the VGA input, and frames can also be grabbed from the video input.
