That's not a 5150 clone is it? The slot spacing looks more like an XT, but with fewer slots. Can't quite read the name on there.

Yep that's what it is from. Board is now sold. If anyone is interested in chassis parts from that machine I'll send them for the cost of shipping; otherwise I'm going to toss the chassis as I'm downsizing some old stuff.
