I have a non working IBM 5150 Computer,/w working Power Supply, extra power supply, IBM Model F Keyboard. current configuration has dual half height 5.25 floppies (unknown condition) would like $200.00 but will not go lower than $15.00

Does it beep? DIP switches set correctly? Lot's of things could be wrong. Check power supply voltages. Make sure they are good. Just cause power supply fan comes on does not mean the motherboard is working.
