Center part of left and right screen hinges available in PA12 (polyamide) -see pictures- at 25 euro/pc, excluding delivery and other charges.

Designed (CAD) with a tolerance of 0,1mm.

Printed on a professional HP Multi jet fusion 4200 (MJF) with 0,15mm tolerance.

Machinally polished (<3Ra).

Full description on how to mount the plastic part in the hinge, and the hinge on the screen into the P70.

So far, 6 screen hinges repaired successfully, with a perfect fit in the P70.

Repair time is 2 hours.

This is a question I'd love to know. 2 years on, are these hinges still working? Also, anyone got any spare springs? I've lost one!
