I am not associated with the seller - just posting an auction I found on EBAY.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Tektronix-...mputer-W-Backpack-Powers-on-RARE/264897302507
This computer seems to have all the parts and the front panel lights are on, but only a glow on the screen.
Seller price has dropped from original $2000 to $1250 in a couple of weeks on EBAY.
Seller doesn't know anything about these computers - but sold a Tektronix 4051 (previous generation) including a Tektronix external 4924 tape drive a month ago for $1000 on EBAY.
We have several folks on vcfed with Tektronix 4052 computers they have repaired.
I have posted a long thread on hundreds of Tektronix 4050 programs I have recovered from old tapes and posted on my github repository:

I hope someone on this forum buys this 4052 to save it from the dumpster - and enjoy a late 1970's, early 1980 vector graphics computer!
