I need a motherboard for my 486 system.

Things that are a must :

AT Form factor
Working condition
Coin Slot Battery Holder
256K 15ns cache & BIOS socket
No battery corrosion
2 x VLB slots

Things preferable :

72-pin SIMM slots
Socket 3 w/lever
10ns Cache
No AMI WinBIOS (text based AMI BIOS is good)
Large Disk and LBA support
3V Voltage Regulator

I have this exactly board (the one luckybob pointed out), but fake cache chips are terrible... Great Hierophant already know about the spare boards I have, and sadly, none is like he wants.
