I'm currently looking for an ATX sized desktop desk case; those computer cases that are meant to be placed in a horizontal orientation similar to an IBM 300GL (https://i.imgur.com/pKnfECC.jpg) or something like the ACME Technology cases (https://www.acmetech.co.uk/acm301x.htm) which looks very nice. The latter I'm unable to purchase since the seller doesn't post to United States, (what a shame).

I plan to put a ASUS P3B-F motherboard along with my own power supply, ISA + PCI cards; would like everything to fit nicely in this case without removing brackets from my ISA and PCI cards.

If you have something with what I'm looking for, please message me; I'm trying to see what are my options at the moment.

Thanks.

How about something like this: https://www.ebay.com/i/332708003135?chn=ps

I use old HP Vectra VL/600 cases, which are low-ish profile. On ebay, they want ridiculous amounts of money for the old boxes. Dunno why. Check your local used PC sales. My wife uses a mATX Netvista case, which really is low-profile.

The other approach is to get an HTPC case; not all are ITX or mATX. I've got a full-sized ATX motherboard in one.

I floated a thread on this topic a few months ago...since I'm in roughly the same boat as you, casewise! It yielded a few possibilities (Enlight 7200), but few of them are readily for sale.

Seems like some of us are on the same boat with finding a case that meets our criteria.

I'm gonna continue searching around on eBay and perhaps locally to see if I can find anything. If I don't find anything by the middle of May, I'll probably deal with a mail forwarding service and grab the cases that are readily available. The case is essentially the last piece I'm missing to my build.
:fishing:

Since I had all of my components already, I ended up buying this case to finish the setup: https://preview.tinyurl.com/y67fm9xe

The case was very spacious and very nice looking; got the one with no power supply and no usb/ports on the front. It had a lot of room to fit my P3B-F ASUS motherboard and my ISA sound cards of choice without having to remove brackets or forcefully squeeze the cards in. All of my components from the floppy, cd drive, power supply, processor, etc. fit without an issue.

The issue with the IBM setup I had was it was extremely cramped and I couldn't get any of my ISA cards in without them grinding against the parts causing slight external damage. I just wasn't a fan of it to be honest.

I tried to get the ACME one but it just wasn't worth the trouble to do proxy shipping, so I got this instead and I'm satisfied with the end result.

Hopefully this post helps.
