How long typically does it take to approve a reply to user on a post I made?

I'm not entirely sure what to do or who to write, but I replied to a message someone made on a post I made (I only have one) but its been a couple days now - not quite sure what to expect.

That's about right. The mods being up to their ears in dealing with the new forum probably isn't helping matters.

Before the restriction was lifted after 10 posts, so, there's that.
