The picture in my post is invisible on site but visible in the editor

This post (post #179 in the thread) has a picture which isn't visible but the same picture is visible in a later post. Why?

Belay that query. I have now looked at the source code for the post and found that it was referencing the image in a temporary directory that the editor could evidently access but the main site couldn't. I replaced the erroneous reference with the one copied from the post that did work so that the right copy of the image is accessed and the picture now appears in the post. I've no idea how the editor left that temporary reference there when the post was saved though.

Interesting. I'm glad that you figured it out.

vBulletin is not always the most clear with how it processes images.
