IBM 5151 Solid green display...

No matter what PC this unit is plugged into I get a solid green display. Has anyone experienced this issue? Are the PCs missing something? The switch in the rear is set to monochrome (there are two separate mono and colour ports). I am quite new to hardware of this age so kindly excuse my ignorance for the time being. The unite is a Leading Edge DC-2010

If you're sure you have the proper video source, a common failure for the 5151 with no video, just a green raster is IC201 which is an SN7406
