Xebec S1410 function test

Is there a way to test that a Xebec S1410 are working in a computor or on bench?

The manual has a simple Z80 interface and test program but its not going to test the ST506 interface.
My gut feeling is the card would be Ok and the disk is likely to be the problem.

What's the test program, if it partly test its better than non?
