I recently acquired the Mitsubishi MF501B-318U drive to image some 360K floppy disks I have in my collection. However, i''m having issues with getting the drive to work on my PC from the Windows 98 era. I imagine that it has something to do with the jumper settings as the previous owner had only installed one on DS1. Any ideas on what other jumpers I may need to add in order to get the drive working? Here's a couple of pictures as a reference:

MM - Drive motor enabled by the Motor On signal
MS - Drive motor enabled by the Drive Select signal
UA - Front LED handled by the In Use signal
DA - Front LED handled by the Drive Select signal
RY - PC XT-AT compatibility
TM - Terminator
MX - Drive selected by the Drive Select signal
DS - Drive selection enabled in a multidrive system
SR - Ready is the output signal of interface pin 34
MUX - Drive selected permanently
DE - Motor set to 360 rpm
DX - Motor rpm controlled by the Low Density signal
DC - Disk Change is the output signal of interface pin 34
FG - The drive ground connected to DC ground by means of capacitors and resistances
UA - Front LED controlled by the Ready signal
DA - Front LED controlled by the Drive Select signal
OA - Front LED controlled by the Ready or Drive Select signal
HA - Front LED controlled by the Ready and Drive Select signals
MM - Motor drive enabled by the Motor On signal
MB - Motor drive enabled by the Drive Select signal
1M - Single Mode (only 1 MB)
BX - Double speed
IU - In Use
MO - Spindle motor controlled by the Motor On signal
MS - Spindle motor controlled by the Drive Select signal

From a Tandy PDF Document I have these snapshots of a few Mitsubishi Floppy Drives.

Thanks! So after reading the manuals, it looks like I need to enable IU (In Use) and DC (Disk Change). But I'm still confused about the RI jumpers as it doesn't look like they are referenced much in the manuals. In one of the pictures I included in the OP, there's jumpers for RI labeled with the numbers 1 and 3. Would I need to one of them or just ignore them for now?

RI should be unset
